Sunset Rosé
Grape Varietals: Made out of Cabernet-Franc and Syrah chosen from the finest soils of the Bekaa Valley.
Taste: An intense pink color with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, with an initial roundness in the mouth, and finishing with a fresh and vivid taste.

Reserve Du Couvent

Moscatel
Grapes Varietals: Moscatel is issued from Muscat à petit grain and Gewurztraminer that are late harvest in November.
Taste: Sweet wine tinted with a gold hint. Nice Muscat nose with floral and citrus fruits aromas, accompanied by melon and honey smell. On the palate, it is young and smoothly rich, at the same time it adds the impression of matured and sugary raisins where the alcohol is slightly perceptible.

Merwah

Le Souverain
Grape varietals: Cabernet-Sauvignon 50%, Arinarnoa 50%.
Taste: A dense deep purple red robe, with a remarkable bouquet of dark wild berries, with an underliving of liquorice, fenugreek and carob, accompanied with a highly complex olfactory range.

Le Prieure

Cuvee Du Troiseme Millenaire

Chateau Red

Chardonnay

Cabernet Sauvignon

Blanc de Blancs

Ksarak Arak is made with the finest grape alcohol, to which aniseed from the Al Heenah Area of Mount Hermon is added. The spirit is distilled to release the purest arak, which is then aged for two years in clay jars.

Download Fact Sheet

Chateau Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest, largest, and most visited winery. It was here, in 1857, that Jesuit brothers laid the foundation for the country’s modern winemaking industry. Over the last decade, Chateau Ksara has seen the introduction of new grape varieties as well as developments in technique and the application of advanced science.

ABV: 53%
Bottle Size: 750mL

Ouzo and Arak are traditionally served with a small plate of a variety of appetizers called mezes, usually small fresh fish, fries, olives, and feta cheese. Arak can be described to have a similar taste to absinthe which is licorice-like, but smoother. Enjoy with water & ice.
