Harvest: Totally manual harvest with only the exceptional years and optimal quality grapes used.
This wine stayed in contact with grape’s skin for a period of two weeks. Maturation took place in stainless steel tanks. This particular wine is then aged in Second Wine Oak Barrels for a period of 12-months before being bottled and preserved for a certain period for proper evolution.
Tasting Notes: Dark red Color. The very fine nose shows remarkable complexity with aromas that recall truffles, caramel and forest fruits. Beautiful and elegant balance on the palate with a perfect finish.
